An Intimate Wedding in Sonoma, CA - Shot on 35mm Film

One of the sweetest weddings I had the pleasure of shooting for some dear friends out in San Francisco & Sonoma, CA.

A whole weekend of intimate wedding celebrations on the California coast let us relax into the imagery, casually snapping away with my 35mm film camera as we adventured and enjoyed together.

We kicked it off with a lovely walk in San Francisco towards the Point Bonita Lighthouse.

After an extensive restaurant tour, some cafe hopping, and lots of walking through the city of San Francisco, we headed up to Sonoma Valley where we spent some time exploring the vast range of wineries in the area.

The morning of the wedding, we headed to Valley Bar & Bottle, where we kicked off the wedding day with an iconic and celebratory brunch with friends and family. The custom menu was DIVINE. Everyone was in awe, safe to say.

The ceremony was held at MacArthur Place, an intimate venue with an emphasis on modern art, a gorgeous landscape, and that cozy and welcoming feel Sonoma Valley offers.

The wedding day closed with a sweet first dance around the fire at MacArthur. Josh & Allies friends played their first dance song as they danced. The sweetest closure to their wedding day.
